Soak yourself in the Hindustani Classical Music this Weekend
Hindustani Classical Music is unique in its Time-Raag division concept. 12 noon to 12 midnight is known as the Poorvang part of the day and 12 midnight to 12 noon is known as the Uttarang. Guru Mrs Chandrima Sanyal Dutta of Harmony School of Music, is a seasoned musician who trained for over 20 years under maestros like Pandit Mahadev Prasad Mishra of Banaras Gharana and under Pt L K Pandit of Gwalior Gharana. She has been a former Mega finalist in the popular music show Meri Awaaz Suno and has won many accolades in shows in India and abroad.
Harmony Music School
In the Annual Concert 2019 of the Harmony School of Music, the students of the institute will present a bouquet of raags which fall in different prahars within the Poorvang time period.
