Things Every Bengalis Get To Hear Every day: Shut These Stereotypes in a Minute!

Bongs! Give a look at the following stereotypes you would seriously like to clear up once and for all –
Shut all of'em! Shut all of'em!   ASKING FOR HAVING FISH?! (TUMHI MACHCHI KHABE?!)
'MACHCHI' does not really represent any MAACH (that we call a fish). Instead, it is the Bengali word for a housefly. Its too maach! Its too maach!   Yes, we being in a region favoured with plentiful rivers we cherish our marine and riverine delights. A few of us don't care for fish, however, on the other hand, we don't grumble much about this stereotype – it's true!
BENGALI = ROSH-O-GOLLA ALWAYS!
Rosho-o-golla (‘Rosh’ = sugar syrup + ‘O’ = Bengali word for And + ‘Golla’ = circle => ROSHOGOLLA) is a generalization perpetually appointed to the eminent Bongs. Well, this spongy, sweet, drippy sweet is not even a Bong creation. Rosogolla-fying Rosogolla-fying   It is originated in Orissa by their super cool cooks! So stop roshogolla-fying us and get your bums to Kolkata to encounter the whole extent of mithai's on offer!
BENGALI GIRLS MEANS URIBABAAAA!!!
Hell TRUE! They are obstinate, boisterous in their arguments, not easily coaxed, and fundamentally independent souls. Bong girls! Bong girls!   Each time a Bong lady goes outside Bengal, the underlying response for the most of the time is– "Bhai, she's going to be troublesome”. However, a bong lady is known for her companionship and love! BENGALI NAMES PRONUNCIATION WITH “O-o-o” and not “A-a-a” Well, we DO NOT purposely pronounce anybody’s name with Os for any A-related terms. We are pleased with our Bengali diction. Make them shut! Make them shut!   What's more, kindly avoid attempting to talk in Bengali if you can’t use the right diction. Further, one more effort of yours at making fun of the way we talk will get our foot up on your…okay, let it be! We are not Rowdies! Fully tired! Fully tired!
