  The word “Detox” can be very interesting at times. Thanks to these easy homemade detox water recipes. These wondrous yet simple recipes will make you love the taste of it and help you shed out those extra kilos. Not only just fat reduction, however, these simple drinks have a lot of health benefits too.  

1) The Greeny Punch

Method:

  • Thoroughly wash half cucumber,1 lemon and 8-10 mint leaves with drinking water.
  • Add  sliced cucumber, lemon and mint leaves into a jug filled with drinking water
  • Let it stay overnight in the refrigerator before consuming it
  • You can keep on changing the water and keep on consuming this drink up to 24 hours

2) The Cinnamon delight

3) Basil and Pepper Lemonica

  • Boil 2 glass of water with some peppercorns or powdered black pepper.
  • After removing from the flame put 5-6 basil leaves and 1 tea spoon lemon juice.
  • Let it stay for a minute and drink it warm.
